Receptionist/Administration Assistant 

Part-time – 20 hours over 5 days per week 

Salary - £9 per hour 

Scotts Project Trust is a not-for-profit organisation that supports adults with learning disabilities, located on the outskirts of Tonbridge.  We are looking to appoint an experienced, highly organised part-time Receptionist/Administrator for an initial period of 12 months.  

Flexible working arrangements can be considered for the right candidate. 

The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with excellent communication skills, have a flexible and practical approach to their work, and enjoy working in a small team environment.   

 Essential skills: 

  • At least 3 years’ administration experience 
  • Minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. 

 Desirable skills: 

  • Database experience 
  • Good Excel skills 
  • Minute-taking
