BANK CARE SUPPORT WORKERS

Scotts is a small charity providing homely accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities in Tonbridge.

Our staff retention and approval rating is exemplary. We are currently recruiting for the following Bank positions:

Bank Care Support Worker – Waking Nights x 2 positions to work a rolling shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off; each shift being 9 hours. 

The hourly rate will be £9.68 plus £1.17 per hour for accrued leave entitlement. 

The successful candidates will be empathetic and enthusiastic about supporting other people, with a flexible approach.  You will be someone who wants to make a difference and ideally have previous experience in supporting and caring for adults with learning disabilities or be willing to learn.  

A qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable (or you should be prepared to complete the Care Certificate).  Candidates should have a full, valid, clean driving license.  

All statutory training will be provided, along with opportunities to acquire more advanced qualifications.
