Maintenance Person – Full Time

37.5 hours per week.  Annual salary £22,425


Tasks will be varied from regular mowing, cleaning, painting, decorating, normal DIY type repairs including basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

We are looking for a team player who is also happy to work independently, with a ‘can do’ attitude. 

The successful candidate will have a full, clean driving licence and knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and undertake required training.

Suggested working pattern: Wed, Thu, Fri 8am to 8pm, flexible and negotiable, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Also, to be ‘on call’ for lettings; occasional weekend hours with additional pay and live within a 10 mile radius of Scotts.

All Scotts employees are responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable adults and subject to a fully enhanced DBS check.  The successful applicant must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and be prepared to wear appropriate PPE when required.
