Scotts Project Trust is a small charity providing homely accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities in Tonbridge. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

 

Full-time Permanent Care Support Worker

Based on 37.5 hours per week, shift based (including sleep-in duties), with an hourly rate from around £9.00, depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidates will be empathetic and enthusiastic about supporting other people, have a flexible approach and be able to work a shift pattern that includes weekends. You will be someone who wants to make a difference and ideally have previous experience in supporting and caring for adults with learning disabilities, or be willing to learn.

A qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable (or you should be prepared to complete the Care Certificate). Candidates should have a full, valid, clean driving license.

All statutory training will be provided, along with opportunities to acquire more advanced qualifications.

Post subject to pre-employment checks and enhanced DBS.

Pay: £9.00 per hour

Bank Staff Care Support Worker

  • Available to work shifts: 7am to 2pm and 1:30pm to 10:30pm
  • Across the week including weekends
  • On a rota and 'on-call' basis
  • Hourly rate from £10.06 (£8.98 plus £1.08 accrued leave entitlement)

The successful candidates will be empathetic and enthusiastic about supporting other people, have a flexible approach and be able to work a shift pattern that includes weekends.
